Retrofit:
Anchored existing EIFS system with masonry washers
Cut ½” caulking joints around windows, doors, penetrations
Cut new expansion joints
Rebased and refinished buildings

 

Main Canopy:

       Did complete tear off on main canopy and install new drainage system.
